1. Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel their social media management services at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or agreed communication channel. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly retainers, setup fees, and any pre-paid service packages. Once a billing cycle has commenced, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused time or services.
3. Billing & Service Periods
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Upon cancellation, the client will retain access to services until the end of the paid billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely communication, approvals, and required materials. Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds or credits.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
